Ordering Information
Shipping Policies/Rates
All orders placed after 12:00 pm Central Time will be processed within 2 business days. Orders are not processed/shipped on weekends or national holidays. Most orders will ship within 5 business days after they are confirmed. If you desire expedited shipping, your order will ship within 2 business days after it is confirmed. 

Shipping times
USPS Standard: up to 6 business days 
USPS Priority: 2 business days 
USPS Next Day: 1 business day 

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (AFO or PPO boxes).


Shipping Rates
Free Standard Shipping is available for purchases of $150 or greater. 
Standard shipping is $8.00. 
For USPS Priority add $10.00
For USPS Next day add $20.00 
International shipping is available for $30.00. 


Hoopla is not responsible for duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. 

Return Policies 
At Hoopla, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we will accept returns of unworn merchandise within 14 days of receiving shipment for a full refund less shipping costs. Sale merchandise and custom orders are non-refundable. To return merchandise, please obtain a return authorization and mailing label by emailing info@hoolajewels.com. For your protection, please send all returns in a secure package via a traceable carrier. Hoopla is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping. 

Payment 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped to Missouri. No sales tax is charged on the purchase of a Gift Card. 

Repair Policy 
Normal wear-and-tear is expected with the metal and semiprecious stones we use. If you have merchandise in need of repair, please email us at info@hooplajewels.com. We will make every attempt to keep repair costs, if any, to a minimum.

Custom Orders 
Hoopla will be happy to consider selected custom changes to our designs. Requests should be emailed to us at info@hooplajewels.com. Additional charges may apply, and all custom orders are non-refundable.
